Make sure that ONLY the items you want to pay for are in your ‘basket’ – before proceeding to checkout.

Duplicate products – sometimes you may find two items in your basket when you only want to buy one. To change this click into the ‘Quantity’ box and change the amount, then click ‘update basket’. Or delete the product by clicking the red x on the left and start again.

Coupons – if you have a coupon – copy the exact text into the box and click ‘apply coupon’. Note that coupons are only given directly – they cannot be found by internet search.

Landlord Law members – your training discounts will be applied automatically, so long as you are logged in as a member. If you are trying to use your points note that you cannot use your points AND a coupon – you must choose one or the other.
