Over the past few years we have been developing a number of kits. These focus on a specific issue, such as property inspections, access, damp etc and provides detailed guidance and information.
Some of these kits are an integral part of the Landlord Law membership. Others are only available for purchase. Some are both. So far as the kits currently available are concerned:

This kit will help you carry out an ‘audit’ of your properties and property business, ensuring that you are compliant with the law.
This kit gives guidance on what to do if one of joint tenants wants to leave before the others. The kit has now been updated to deal with the changed laws in Wales. This kit concentrates on HMO type situations but there is a section on changing contract holders in family situations in Wales.

This is probably our most popular kit. It gives detailed guidance on how to prepare for and deal with property inspections.
Cost is from £40, although the kit is available free of charge to Landlord Law Business Level Members.
This Kit, based on two training webinars with EHO Paul FitzGerald, is currently only available to Business Level Landlord Law members.

It details the legal obligations that landlords need to comply with when dealing with and transporting waste.
