We are taking the podcast in a different direction in 2024, and posts are mostly going to be interviews with various people in the industry.
So, our first post is with
Kate Faulkner
Kate is very well known in the property industry and obtained a well-deserved OBE last year for her work, in particular with the Home Buying and Selling Group.
In this episode, we have a wide-ranging discussion, from talking on the radio to reforming the home buying process, with quite a long discussion on the Renters Reform Bill and also licensing (where Kate holds strong views).
